I'm a global executive with more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of commercial strategy, brand leadership, and digital transformation. My work has spanned sectors, growth stages, and geographies—but always with a clear throughline: building the connective tissue between strategy, systems, and customer value.
As Global Chief Commercial Officer at Minor Hotels, I oversee the full commercial ecosystem across more than 560 properties in 56 countries. My remit includes corporate and hotel brands, global marketing, digital, BI & analytics, sales, loyalty, PR, and revenue & distribution—shaping commercial performance and long-term brand equity for iconic brands like Anantara, Avani, NH Hotels, Oaks, and Elewana.
My foundation is in consumer marketing and commercial strategy—but my passion lies in building systems that scale. I’ve led enterprise-wide transformation efforts integrating omnichannel design, AI-powered personalization, martech architecture, and revenue optimization. These efforts don’t live on slides—they live in the way organizations think, operate, and grow.
Whether restructuring global organizations or replatforming digital experiences, I focus on ensuring that strategy becomes executable, data becomes actionable, and the customer experience becomes coherent—across every touchpoint.
In addition to leading enterprise portfolios, I had the opportunity to build and scale brands in venture-stage and post-start-up contexts. At companies like onefinestay, I helped shape customer strategy and commercial models in the luxury travel space—bringing structure to creativity, and growth to early-stage ambition.
That time remains foundational to how I work: blending the agility of a start-up operator with the strategic depth of a global executive. I understand what it means to pivot, build from scratch, and scale under pressure—and to carry that mindset into mature, often slower-moving organizations.
Over the last decade, I’ve led multicultural teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific—managing several thousand employees across more than 50 nationalities. This has given me both operational scale and a deeply human understanding of how to lead with clarity in complexity.
I'm especially passionate about the design and governance of modern digital and data ecosystems—including how we apply AI responsibly, structure data for real-time decision-making, and architect organizations to be customer-responsive by design. To me, transformation is not just about technology; it’s about intelligent integration that respects both people and performance.
Alongside executive work, I continue to give time to boards, non-profits, and causes I believe in—particularly in the areas of education, strategic ethics, and animal welfare. I believe in using my experience to shape not just stronger businesses, but more thoughtful systems.
I speak regularly at global forums on loyalty, AI, customer engagement, and organizational transformation—sharing insight while continuing to learn, challenge, and evolve.
