Discover the Minds behind the Curve

Stratsana began as a personal pursuit — to connect dots, challenge assumptions, and make sense of the changing world of travel, hospitality, and strategic growth. Stratsana is one voice for now, with the Thinking Curve shaped by years of navigating complexity across continents and categories.

The Minds

Ian Di Tullio PhD

Chief Minder, Stratsana

With over 25 years of experience across commercial strategy, data-driven transformation, and enterprise redesign, my work has consistently explored how intelligence—human and artificial—can shape more purposeful growth.

My background spans global leadership roles in aviation, hospitality, and digital ecosystems, where I’ve helped organizations rewire how they think, operate, and engage. From AI adoption and marketing technology architecture to customer journey redesign and multi-layered commercial strategies, I’ve worked at the intersection of complexity and clarity.

Stratsana reflects that same curiosity: a space to explore how strategy, insight, and investment evolve in an age of intelligent systems and shifting human expectations.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working, advising, and teaching across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Alongside my professional pursuits, I remain committed to mentoring, contributing to purpose-led boards, and supporting causes in education, ethics, and animal welfare.
